I hope you enjoy, I made with much love that picture!
This is the Mizukage Terumi Mei (everybody knows) she is my favorite female character from Naruto, and the most beautiful kunoichi for sure!
I tried doing her with cloths and visually interesting, with her amazing hair, and well...I think she looks pretty, but the background is well...boring!
Her clothes were inspired on the dragon ... symbol of wisdom, serenity and power to the East.!
Light and Dark, Dragon and Phoenix, Blue and Red, Yin and Yang, Mei and Madara!
