This is Icy half human, half icejin... her father is Frieza and her mother a simple woman that he meets on earth and fall in love for her. Icy is very powerfull and know some skills like the death beam and detructo disc but her heart is not so evil as her father =P ( and yeah she likes purple! )

I normally HATE OCs, but this one looks NEAT @@ Can't say that I want to actually picture Frieza mating with anyone, but the results were cool (no pun intended ^^; )

Good choice in using Videl as your template, btw.

She is a neat looking...thing/hybrid, I must say. You did a good job with the clothing, too. The round/purple accessories are very reminiscent of her father, but look just like jewelry at the same time ^^
